Can anyone tell me what the process is for a graduation audit at TESC? How long before graduation are you usually notified that you're actually graduating?

The TESC site has the details:
Thomas Edison State College: Graduation Information
You should receive a certification letter well before your diploma. In my case they sent the letter around two months before the graduation and it gives the date of certification and announces the scheduled conferral date. I received my diploma 10 days after the conferral date they gave so they were great in my case.
My completed "non-traditional" credits include 27 credits from CLEP, 30 credits from DSST, 6 credits from ALEKS, 19 credits from FEMA courses including PDS, 3 credits from NFA courses, 10 credits from ACE Workplace Training, 3 credits from a TESC TECEP exam, and 3 credits from a TESC PLA course.

If it has been over a month since you requested your audit, it might help to drop an email asking about the status. I received an email a couple of days after doing so that told me everything was good.

I just applied on July 1st. I'm actually not anxious for the audit to complete. I need time to get my TECEPs done.

Did you put in your application that you had credits pending? If so they will probably not do your audit until those credits are in. I wouldn't wait much longer to get them done or they may make you wait for the December graduation.

Yes I did indicate that and I was encouraged to go ahead and try to graduate. Hopefully the graduation department won't get to my application before I completed the TECEPs. I only registered for graduation on July 1 and registered for the TECEPS in the August term. I was hoping to be able to get an AA and participate in the commencement ceremony in September. If it doesn't work out, I will have wasted time and $ since I am on my way to a BA. I can't blame TESC because I just came up with this idea at the last minute when I got an email telling me my enrollment would expire in September. I rushed to get my transcripts to them and rushed to get an evaluation.
Crossing my fingers while I prepare for those TECEPs.
