At the bottom of my TESC BSBA credit distribution, it says:
"It is strongly recommended that all BSBA students, regardless of area of study, include a Business Ethics subject as part of the General Education or Free Electives component of their degree."
What exactly qualifies as a Business Ethics subject? And is there a CLEP, DSST, or TECEP exam that satisfies that subject?

According to EC, their Ethics: Theory and Practice exam counts for Bus credit rather than humanities...

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a TECEP that will be considered Business Ethics....hmmmm.....I'll have to try to contact the college to double-check. Wish me luck.
Maybe the DANTES test Ethics in America will count ????

I started a ticket with Thomas Edison on Friday and got a response this morning (Monday)! That was faster than I expected. Here is the message:
****************
Andrew,
The business ethics course this is referring to is PHI-384 Ethics and the Business Professional.

I looked in the TESC College Catalog and didn't see any CLEP, DSST, or TECEP exams that would satisfy this course; so there's no way to test out of it.

What about the Ethics: Theory and Practice ECE? Does TESC not accept EC exams?

That's a very good question....I was under the impression that TESC does not accept ECE exams, but I will have to double-check on that one. Thanks for reminding me.

I'm taking Ops Mgt from TESC for my EC degree so I assumed that ECE's would be accepted by TESC.
Good luck!

You would want to make sure that the ECE will be accepted for a certain class requirement, but TESC does accept them.

I just looked at the DSST Business Ethics exam. Wow, that is great for anyone that need Business Ethics. Does anyone know when the exam will be up and running????? Will it be an upper level course? The exam looks very doable and if you have any kind of business back ground or business classes most of the questions on the exam are in the course content. I already have Ethics done but the MBA program I am looking at wants Business Ethics. This could turn out to be a great find. Thanks
