It appears as if you have some free electives in your plan. The few you have already completed and one planned. I wouldn't worry about the ones you have already done, just be sure to get your TESC evaluation before doing the ones you have PLANNED as to avoid spending time/money.

Looks great! Good job, and you are SOOOOOO CLOSE!!!

Thanks cookderosa, I looked at the catalog and the electronics classes were classified as NASC which leads me to believe that they will fit. I guess I just have to wait and see what the offical eval says. Either way, I just passed Human Resource Management yesterday!!! Gonna knock out Social Science and History next.

They might tell you if you call, but since you are down to just the last final credits, an eval is necessary at this point.

Your ELE-211/212 AC Circuits and DC Circuits will apply toward the Liberal Studies Major portion. I have the same credits from my ET schooling and TESC applied them there, I was approved for graduation on April 8th with that evaluation. I noticed you listed Criminal Justice but not Intro to LE. I found the LE test to be simpler and both applied to my social sciences general ed requirements.

I noticed your username, are you located in Japan right now? I happen to be in Oki.

This is great news on the ELE classes!!

(P.S. in 2008 I was told LE would not be a social science credit by Todd, is this new or was he <gasp> wrong? I only used CJ for this reason)

I logged into my academic evaluation and double checked. DSST Intro to LE is listed as AOJ-101 Intro. to Law Enforcement with DSST Criminal Justice as AOJ-102, they are both under the social sciences section of my general ed requirements.

Id hate to say that he was wrong, three years is a long time maybe policies changed. My experiences with (most, not all) TESC reps does not lend a lot of credit to that theory though.

Cook,

Quick fyi. I was told the same last year, that LE would only count as a free elective and we share the same major, social science. I was also able to use CJ as a gened and SS&H as my 2 100 level within concentration. I am guessing what they will/or not allow has more to do with the major?

I chose criminal justice as my major, but I'm thinking about switching to psychology. When I used the system to see where my CJ credits would go in a psychology degree, almost all of them went to social science including a 100 level LE class I took at CTU and Intro to CJ.
