Any body know when will be the acclaim badges ready for the TEEX courses?

Weird, all my TEEX courses already in my Acclaim/Credly account. I took the 3 TEEX Cybersecurity 101, 201, 301 and the UL Death Investigation. All 4 show up for my TEEX account just fine. Back a few months ago, they had an email sent out, I just clicked the link and last month, my courses showed up! It's been on there a few weeks now! "TEEX will maintain our current policy of requiring face masks and social distancing through May 31st. Safety is our first agency value and we want all of our participants to feel safe when coming to training at our facilities.

We are currently working with ACE to transition our approved course to the new Credly platform. This could take several weeks to complete. We appreciate your patience as we complete this process.
Please continue to check the Credly website for your courses."

That's stupid. The others here haven't paid $10 for this. I don't even have access to a fax machine and I certainly wouldn't feel comfortable sending CC#s by fax.

This is the message I received from TEEX.

"
Thank you for your email to TEEX Student Records. Attached is a student release form to be completed with your physical dated signature. Please fax or mail the completed form to the contact information located in the Acknowledgment section of the form.  The fax number goes to our Financial Service Department and the payment is processed. There is a $10 charge for each official student history or certificate reprint.

  • You will need Adobe Acrobat in order to open the attached release.

  • TEEX cannot accept payment via e-mail.
Return this signed from via fax to 979.458.6910, or via email to TEEX, PO Box 40006, College Station, TX 77842-4006

That sounds like you'd be ordering a transcript directly from TEEX - which has nothing to do with ACE/Acclaim.

I originally got that message too-about the release form. I ignored it and emailed them again asking them to add the badge to my Acclaim account and they did by end of that day.

Hmmm maybe the $10 form would explain my other thread I just posted. I did send it in once only to make sure the death investigation course was timestamped for them to honor the badge which was issued after March 1st. That would explain why the same courses suddenly show up as CEU rather than ACE despite the fact they have all been already applied to degree. Does it mean I should not worry after all?

I don't know how to link my other post to this one.

I emailed 'studentrecords@teex.tamu.edu' from my govie email address ... two days later the badges showed up.
