TEEX General Education Credits??
#1
Hello All,

Quick question for you all, Originally I was planning on that College Mathematics CLEP for 6 credits I actually only need 5. I am planning on finishing up History of the Vietnam War with Study.com because it is a relatively short course but I would then need 2 more and I think the TEEX courses are worth two each. Are any of these courses good for General Education Credits?

If not anyone have an idea of a quick easy 2 credits minimum that I could snag. I really wanted to take the CLEP but my local testing center keeps filling up and they are booked until July. I could do the 1.5hr drive to MASS and take it but not really wanting to do that. Also anyone know of any easy/quick Saylor tests I could take while having access to Study.com??

Not sure about the other two teex courses, but I took the following and it transferred into my Gen Ed's Natural World section: Cyber Security for Business Professionals TEEX (comes into TESU CIS-344 Computer Security) EDIT: and yes, it's worth 2 cr. I finished the course within two nights' time.

Yep, I can confirm that. I just had an advisor add a bunch of planned courses to my eval and they put that course into the Science section as CIS-344. This was two days ago. Once I send in everything it will be a free elective for me, but for now it is definitely in the Science section of the general eds.

Do exactly this. Vietnam War 108 since you don't need the UL and then the TEEX course. Save that CLEP money and get done sooner! Make sure you do the correct TEEX course because I think that's the only one that comes in as a General Ed course.

Is there anything that can be done for a third credit to complement this course?
