TECEP questions

First off I want to thank everyone for the information on these forums! Y'all are amazing.

I have completed all of the credits except the 7 TECEPs I need to qualify for the per-credit option. I just found out I am unable to take any of the TECEPs until November 2nd at the earliest (i'm still confused why but its whatever). My plan is to take the 7 TECEPs and the capstone class in the next term and graduate March 26th which is the soonest I believe i'm able to get done.

If I fail one of the TECEPs, will I be able to sign up for an 8th in the same term? I believe the term ends in January. Would that mean that if I fail my 7th TECEP at the end of november, would I have to wait until february to take a new one?

If I fail a TECEP and get my 120th credit from an outside source, can I still switch my tuition plan to the enrolled options plan within that term?

How do I get my academic evaluation done for the 3rd time? I had my initial one done and then a 2nd one was done at some point with a message stating that no more will be done until I enroll (I already paid the application fee). Does that mean I cannot get another one done until I pay the $1500 for the capstone?

I've found the information on TECEP's to be rather scarce. There are only 3 on instantcert (I am a paying member) of which none are tests I plan on taking. The specific exam feedback subforum also is very light on information. Does anyone know of any other resources that might help? I have the recommended books for my classes although I bought the previous years edition since $250 x 7 books is way out of my comfort level lol. Any additional material helps.
