I’m planning out a degree and need help with Gen Ed requirements. Degree is Aviation Flight Tschnology. Current FAA certificates put current tally at 37 credits after speaking with the TESU advisor. The only two other classes needed for area of study will be AVT-360 and EAS-131. Those combined with cornerstone and capstone have the plan at 12 RA credits.
So that leaves 18 RA credits to go as well as all the Gen Ed requirements. The other degree specific courses required are
Computer Concepts
Statistics
College Algebra
Higher Level Math above College Alegbra
physics with Lab I and II
My question is there a logical and quick/easy way to slot in TECEP exams to cover the remaining requirements? I Have a plan that is workable but am a bit nervous about the six TECEP exams and am just looking for the easiest way out.
In addition to FAA certificates CLEP college math is complete for 6 credits.

Computer concepts: Sophia's Intro to IT or
https://ea.asu.edu/courses/computer-appl...echnology/ (doesn't start until August)
Statistics: Sophia - This is, by far, the easiest way to do stats.
College Algebra: Sophia - MAYBE. Sophia's Algebra doesn't really prepare you for higher-level math.
Higher-level math above algebra: Do precalculus for no-credit at ASU EA/ULC (no-credit is FREE) then do Calculus for credit either from ASU (either Brief Calc or Calc for Engineers counts as Calc I at TESU) or Outlier.org
Physics:
https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Ob...ts#Science
For the gen eds:
https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...ts_Roadmap
The TECEPs are cheap and fast but they are not necessarily the easiest way to get credits unless you are already familiar with the material.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

Thank you for the input.
What is the best way to slot in TECEP exams to complete the RA requirement. I’ve been over the wiki roadmap. I need to plan for 18 gen Ed or elective credits.
So far the plan is ..
English comp 101 and 102 ENC-101 and ENC-102
College Algebra MAT-121
Computer concepts and applications CIS-107
Public Speaking COM-209 I think that covers oral communication requirement
American Government POS-110
Do any of those six TECEP exams stand out as particularly difficult? Would you recommend other options for RA credit specifically?

Are you taking AVT-360 and EAS-131 through TESU? Are you getting an AS or BS?
If you are planning on taking credits through TESU in addition to the cornerstone and capstone, you may be better off doing the FT Flat-rate tuition. You could take 16cr in a single term, including the cornerstone, capstone, AVT-360, and then choose 2 e-Pack courses to fulfill additional requirements (they're like the TECEP except that you pay full price, and they count towards residency, meaning you wouldn't have to pay the residency waiver fee).
You may want to consider this route if you need to take 9cr or more at TESU anyway - it will save you some money I think.

AVT-360 and EAS-131 will be through TESU.
