I read on the TESC site that you can take online TECEP's at ACT training centers. Has anyone done this? It would make it possible to take a TECEP without having to get a proctor. I need to take the Business Policy TECEP but I can't figure out exactly how to do it! I'd love some feedback from anyone who has done this!
