Finally I could get hold of Patricia who is the adviser for BSBA CIS degree and she said that there was a mistake during evaluation and she put it back. I am good to go for the test tomorrow.
The thing is if you speak with someone at TESC before 10:00 AM then they have no clue.

Today I appeared for this test and I am confident I will pass.
All you need is the recommended book (you can read/download the book for free from SCRIBD), I read it twice.
I also found that Paul's study notes mentioned earlier in the forum were spot on -->
Paul's Programming Notes: TECEP CMP-354 Study Guide
Additionally I would recommend going thru OSI model and the Protocols till you get it right because I had almost 15 questions on those.
Had couple of questions on RAID and Backups.
I hope this helps others who are planning to take this test.
Cheers
BT.
