I created one post but It appeared to be corrupted.
Regardless, I spoke to someone at TESC and some TECEP exams are going to be pulled permanently on 12/31/2009.
They still have no word on when those that were removed on 7-01-2009 will be returning.
So it looks as if the TECEP options are dwindling.
