Thanks everyone! I called UMPI yesterday, and actually spoke to someone who works there. I think they're the fit I have been looking for.

Make sure you at least complete their science requirements and Spanish I through Sophia.org before you apply and get enrolled. Those are not good classes at UMPI and will discourage you even more, IMO. The rest are fine.
