Summer 2021 Session 2 -- What is YOURPace?

Does Summer Session 2 start today or tomorrow? I have no new competencies as of right now, so I’m assuming they’ll be there tomorrow due to the holiday?

You should have an academic schedule in an email from Cody. He sends it as an attachment. It's good to keep this so you can watch for the necessary dates. This term starts tomorrow because of the holiday. It does not end later either.

That's awesome! Sometimes speeches are an amazing way to practice your presentation skills... there were only a couple or handful of classes I took on StraighterLine/Study.com and ACE that I used for that purpose, to practice my speech as I am an introvert with a slight case of needing an ego boost. Hope everything goes well for you!

Yeah! I don't mind the speech, it's just Ihave to check with the professor and ADA office because I was born deaf and am hard of hearing rofl.

I also hope it goes well and they give you appropriate accommodations.  From the links you shared with your interviews after the bachelors accomplishments, I think you will do well, but then again, I'm around plenty of people with various communication disorders so you sounded fine to my ears.

I’m so jealous of everyone starting this term! I’m not starting until next term, so I’ll be living vicariously through y’all here!

I have to say, I’ve been so impressed by the communication I’ve received thus far from UMPI. They’re a tiny team, but they do their best!

Super excited to have started today. I'm taking American Government and HR Management and both are going well so far. I'm working on my draft for Government now; that's all I have left for that class. I'm about 15% through HR. I actually go back to working in the office full-time next week, so I needed a strong start. Have a good session everyone!

Already flawless! Professor and ADA already responded.They're ready to go. They want me to try, and promised I won't be judged for my inability to speak. They also said if I know Sign I can use that instead and just provide a transcript of what it said
