I used this site for five years as my primary method to prepare for CLEP, DSST, and ECE exams from 2007 to 2012. Thanks to the encouragement and advice from this forum, I tested out of 33 exams and earned two undergraduate degrees from Excelsior College. In my opinion, Instant Cert. Is the best tool to help prepare for these exams.
