I actually just had this glitch. I started a customer service ticket. It took about a day and a half to fix. Send them a screenshot of what it looks like on your end, having a visual can't hurt.

"Anne" from Study.com helped me out- excellent communication skills on her part, if anyone from the company is reading this.
