You actually do NOT have to choose a concentration for a BALS - it's an option (option B to be exact), but not a requirement.

With a concentration in Psychology, can I pursue a Masters in Psychology at a different college?

You don't have to have a degree in Psychology to pursue a MA in Psych. It would probably help to take all the Psych courses to make sure you have a good foundation though.
Why don't you spend some time looking at MA programs at different schools you're interested in, and check to see what the admissions requirements are?
