Right, but as far as the actual residency...that's it, I assume.

The residency waiver is not applicable for students taking 16 or more credit hours in residence, such as most people on the full-year tuition method. Not sure whether the 16 hours need to be in your degree program, such as if you're taking a math class leading up to a required calculus class.
Note that TECEP courses do not count for residency purposes, but do count as enrollment.
Note that with Study.com you can split tuition into three payments (enrollment, 3rd and 6th month @ ca. just north of $2000 and change each, plus an additional $35 fee at enrollment). Less than in-state tuition!

One more question...I could pay that ON June 30, correct? Since that is before July 1?
and do you pay the residency waiver first, or the graduation fee first?

I recently made an the inquiry through a support ticket with TESU on how I go about adding it to my account and was told I need to call to have it added and pay then - based on that you'd have up until June 29 (Friday) - but I wouldn't wait until then due to the fact that 'we' may not be the only people calling in at the last moment.

I would NOT wait until June 30th to get this all set up, even if you actually go online and pay on the 30th (although I wouldn't do that either).
TESU is not known for being on the ball with this, so you need to call well in advance and get your account set up correctly to be able to do this.
Again, do NOT wait until the 30th to get this done, as you might be unpleasantly surprised by the results.
