Hi,
I just need to get this off my chest.
I am home from work today due to weather. I decided to use this time to finish Finance 101. I completed the quizzes, took a practice exam and the decided to complete the final.
I noted that around question 25 the loading of the next page was slower than normal. Then at question 60, the screen change to all white and didn't move. I click the reload button, praying it would fix it, but of course it did not. I tried chatting with someone inside the proctor window and they were no help. I tried emailing study.com but no response yet. I then tried calling and a nice woman transferred me to the escalation team. I had to leave a voicemail.
I tried to go back in, but it is saying I have to wait three days.
So I guess this means I need my exam re-set so I can take it and so they don't count that as one of my two exams for the month.
I mostly upset because I was 40 questions away from being done with the course.
