I scroll down do "Looking for other options" and it just shows me the regular price of all the other plans

I have an old account there. I signed up and briefly used it in 2017, but didn't complete any classes there. I don't see the discount offer, just normal price. Same as somebody else in this thread.

I emailed them to ask if I can get the discount. If they don't respond soon or if the answer is no, is there a workaround?

For example, could I use an alternate email address, or is the account tied to other info?

When I go to the website and begin the signup process for a new account, it automatically chooses the college saver plan for me at $235. I haven't finished signing up. Will the discount show up after I complete the signup process?

The initial link is just to get you to the very start of the ordering process and it displays the current pricing, not going to show a discount just yet.
