I understand that TESU would accept Study.com's Business Communication class. It appears that it will transfer in as 1 credit. Does that mean I need to fulfill the other 2 units somewhere else? Do I have to take the 2 units in business elective, general ed elective or free elective?
Let me know, thank you!

That is a specific requirement in the Core/AOS, so you would have to make up the credits some other way. There is really no sense in taking this course from Study.com - a total waste of your money (and an expensive 1cr to boot). Any other Corp Comm/Managerial Comm course will take the spot, and move this to "Other Credits" as a duplicate course.
If you are looking to keep costs down, you can take it from Saylor for $25.
It's also available through SL or as a TECEP. As a bonus, it comes in as MAN-373 from Saylor and a TECEP, and COM-300 from SL, so you can take both courses and get credit for each one (MAN-373 and COM-300).

Thank you for your feedback. Looks like there are better options for fulfilling Biz Comm requirement. Appreciate the info!

Will the COM-101 Public Speaking also be back to 3 credits?

Great question! Our Communications 101: Public Speaking course will move up to 2 credits (instead of 1), but we're hoping to have it recommended for 3 credits by the end of this year if not sooner.

Does anybody know if this will cover the communications requirement of Charter Oak?
Also, Study.com -- are we able to purchase 1 exam at a time or will it always be the $199 2 exam accelerator option?

They just opened up single exams this week for $70 as long as you are subscribed to the $199 accelerator option. You can now take the two as usual and then have time for others within your subscription time. So it's not quite a single exam but it is better that you can now take extra exams for a reduced price.

Thanks! I guess I have to wait until I have completed the 2 exams in this monthly round of my accelerator membership to be able to do so as I can't seem to locate the option
