I managed to get mine for free.
Ten bucks isn't a deal stopper for me, and I am exceptionally miserly in things I don't enjoy. $149 is, I dunno. I guess around average for a course or a little less (naturally, not counting colleges). Where it shines is when you take two or three courses and can finish them in a month. And now you don't have to pay for three books, they are rolled up in the package.
