I don't understand your plan. Nothing seems to be categorized. TECEPs are now $111 for non-residents. There is a $50 testing fee for 2-hour Uexcels now. There is a $60 testing fee for the 3-hour Uexcels. Here are your options for gen ed.

Sanantone's General Education Options - Degree Forum Wiki

Here is how you can satisfy the core requirements.

Theoretical Foundation (ask TESC for guidance on this): 3 of the 9 credits can be satisfied with CLEP Human Growth and Development or DSST Lifespan Developmental Psychology
Intervention (3 of 6 credits): DSST Fundamentals of Counseling
Client Populations (3 of 6 credits: TECEP (cheaper) or Uexcel for Abnormal Psychology
Research: Uexcel Research Methods in Psychology
Management (6 credits): CLEP Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior (DSST, Straighterline, or Uexcel), Human Resources Management (DSST or Uexcel), or Sophia Learning Project Management

You should definitely ask TESC for guidance on the mental health professional track. I will list all of the test/Straighterline options for a psychology degree. These may or may not work as mental health credits.

DSST Organizational Behavior (UL)

DSST Fundamentals of Counseling (transcribed as PSY 331)

DSST or Uexcel ECEP Lifespan Developmental Psychology

DSST Substance Abuse (UL)

CLEP Introduction to Educational Psychology

CLEP Human Growth and Development (duplicates DSST Lifespan Developmental Psychology)

Uexcel ECEP Abnormal Psychology (UL)

Uexcel ECEP Psychology of Adulthood and Aging (UL)

Uexcel ECEP Social Psychology (UL)

TECEP Psychology of Women
