Incidentally, is there a timeframe for completing a course with SL or is it at your own pace?

Correct, many including myself prefer to obtain as many credits prior to registrar with a school. I have found SL courses to be the easiest and many of them transfer over nicely to TESU which is in contrast to COSC. With SL you can even pass the course before you take the final in many instances by passing the quizzes beforehand.
