I am having an interesting problem with Straighterline. I registered for Macroeconomics and Microeconomics last week and finished Macro except for the proctored final. When I tried to schedule the final, Straighterline's system threw an error. I contacted customer service and was told they would have to contact ProctorU and have my account deleted so it could be reestablished. Also, I was told they would send an email when it was complete. Tonight I tried to login to Straighterline and my account has been deleted. Both of the courses I paid for were gone including all of the work I had done on Macroeconomics.
I sent an email informing them that if my work was lost I expect a full refund and I will take my business elsewhere. I refuse to repeat 19 Chapters of Macroeconomics.

They will have a record of it. I never had an issue getting help except for the speed at times.

They moved it to an alternative email because I was having technical difficulties with my primary email. It looks like I overreacted. Who would have guessed?
