Hello all I am currently taking my first Straighterline course and Moodle quit working for me in the middle of my first exam the screen just went white  it will not load at all now I keep just getting a blank screen. Has anyone else had this happen? I submitted a ticket and it says they will get back to me in 24-48 HOURS that is literally time I don't want to waist oyvae!!!!

They gave me a 28% because moodle quizni had to close out of because noodle quit working ;(

Was it your first final or first exam in the course? If it was the first final, get them to reset it by giving them a quick call. If it's your first exam in the course, you can take that as many times as you want (get closest to 100% as possible). There should be a retake button you can click onto if it's a Mcgraw-Hill course, if it's Acrobatiq, you'll have to get them to reset that exam as well.

Yeah, I was having the worst time with it yesterday as well. SL is always a bit glitchy but yesterday was beyond belief. I was able to get through one of my Graded Exams but at one point the site died for about 10m. I decided to quit while I was ahead and not keep going after I finished since the site was so buggy; I'll give it another go tomorrow.

You can pretty much rest assured in knowing that StraighterLine will work to make it right - especially when having WiFi issues, page loading issues or even not feeling well midway through an exam (had a friend get a reset due to suffering from a migraine and was able to stop and have the exam reset for him to take a few days later).
If I ever found myself waiting for StraighterLine to get back, I just went on to another course or project and knew once I got them, it would work itself out.
Glad you ended with a good result as well.
