After spending $250 on Proctoring fees at UOP I got a call back from Devry U in Fremont CA saying they proctor these tests for free. I was able to sit 3 tests there so that was worthwhile. While I was there I met a TESC student testing out of her degree, which was nice. I hope this posts helps those on a budget bring themselves a little closer to their degree

This is great news! and right in my area too! Looks to be fairly close to the Fremont Bart too!

Do you happen to know if they do evening testing? Working 8-5 limits my abilities to really take tests at random times.

They proctor from 10-7 Monday - Friday,Saturday all day. Give them a call

I believe all their locations proctor the tests for free. I was happy to see one in my area before committing to taking the tests at a local community college.
