I hope the institutes gets renewed... I literally completed the exam the day after it expired, but signed up before July 31.
I am assuming mine will get rejected since I put July 31, even though I completed Aug 1...

Correct, it's the day you actually completed it rather than when you signed up for it.
ACE will go to the provider and say July 31, the provider will say no, it won't match up for dates, and will get kicked back.
