So I took a break yesterday from working on my Comm101 course. I log into tonight and My profile is reset and I have NO courses. This is after spending over 200 dollars on the course and textbook.

Is this normal?
It's saying I have no membership. I can see the big whole in my credit account....

I never had that happen to me, but it would be very stressful! Can you open a ticket/contact them and see what happened? I would suggest contacting both a CS rep and Tech Support.

I am a little partial to Straighterline due to my great experience but rest assured they will correct the issue. Make a ticket as discussed and call in if need to press the issue. Look forward to your updated post saying all is good again.

Submit a ticket and if possible add your payment confirmation email, also share your course progress details, so as not to have to restart from the beginning, but in some cases you can't avoid that.

Do you have 2 accounts then? One with a FB login and one with an email login?
