I am seriously considering TESC's ASBA degree. I'm confused as to what the required course 'Legal Environment for Business' is referring to. Is this Business Law?

If so, should I take the DSST or CLEP version? Would either work? Which would take the least time to study for?

Yes. The CLEP is easier and will require less study time. I used IC and studied for a week.
