Straighterline Course Cartridges

I enrolled to take a general chemistry at straighterline, and when I go to select the course its asking me for an access key to the course cartridge. I searched around the sites they linked me to with no success. I purchased the text online, and it did not come with any sort of key. How do I go about getting a key so that I can start the course?

your confirmation email from SL should have either had the code or told you that your advisor would email you a code. Ours took a couple days to get.
