So, my computer gave me a 'program not responding' message during a timed SL quiz. I decided to reboot. This happened like 1 minute into a 20 minute quiz. The computer restarts and I pull the quiz back up. Now I only have 1:30 minutes left to take the quiz when I should have had about 19 mins!?!... I got a 20%. :/ Anyone know if SL will reset a quiz upon request?

If it happened to be the first quiz, you can retake the first one in most, if not all, courses. If it was a later quiz/test, I'd use the chat feature on their site or open up a support ticket letting them know what happened. They should be happy to help you with this problem, I'm sure they've seen this happen before.
