Stats and Algebra??

Opinions please- Does a person need to have a good grasp of Algebra in order to pass the stats exam? And, if a person does not have a good grasp of Algebra, would it be better to work through that first? Thanks!!

AMPawlak227 Wrote:I took the CLEP College Algebra in June and DANTES Statistics in July. I recommend taking Algebra first. There are many formulas involved in statistics. You need to be comfortable with solving equations - fractions, square roots, etc. - in order to pass statistics.
