I got behind my own schedule that I set because of some personal things, so now I am playing catch up. The school where I work has Spring Break next week and I don't want to work on UMPI stuff my entire break, so I am trying to be diligent about getting things done. I'd like to finish these couple of classes so I can have the majority of April to do my last 2.

Good afternoon to all!
I have been searching on DegreeForum for advice about UMPI's Business Law I (BUS350) and Business Law II (BUS352) courses, but in my brief review, I have found many folks who transferred credits to complete those requirements. Can anyone speak to the difficulty level of the final multiple-choice assessments? I know this is a highly subjective question, but I would appreciate hearing your feedback if you have taken the tests for either or both of these classes. Of course, I am NOT looking for any details about the exam itself and want to maintain the highest academic standards. Since I have had all writing finals up to this point at UMPI, I have no prior experience with multiple-choice tests for courses with them. For a point of reference, I have taken SDC and InstantCertCredit exams and done well after studying the material. If you have advice to offer on BUS350 or BUS352, I'd appreciate hearing it. Thank you!
I hope my fellow UMPI students are enjoying Spring Session II and that the rest of you are doing well too!

I did not find the multiple choice exams in other courses to be difficult. I read all of the course content and took the quizzes over and over to help me. There is a time limit on the exams. If you study you should be fine. And take your time on the exams. Some people rush through them and don't do well. You've got a few hours. Might as well use all the time wisely.

I hope my fellow UMPI students are enjoying Spring Session II and that the rest of you are doing well too! I took Business Law I and II last session at UMPI. Each class had 3 or 4 one page response milestones and the finals were 97-99 questions each. I used the quizzes as flashcards and purposely chose wrong answers at first so I would get different questions. Once you can make it through the quizzes with 80% correct, you're ready to move into the final.
The classes each cover a lot of material but everything you'll need to know for the final is in the class. Neither class is what I would consider easy but there were no surprises on the finals.

I know it has been discussed, but I can't find it. And when I search, I am mostly getting posts irrelevant to my question. So sorry for a repeat. How long do you guys wait for a professor to respond to a draft before contacting Cody?

I wait 3 business days then I send the professor an email. If I don't hear back after 2 days then I send the professor and Cody an email. Business days only. Holidays and weekends don't count in the 72 hours professors have to respond.
There's 1 professor who takes at least a week to respond because he prints out the paper and writes notes on it. If you're waiting for a rough draft to come back you can ask your advisor to open another class for you.

Thank you. It had been 3 business days, but I got a response about 20 minutes after posting this. I also got an email from a different professor about 20 minutes after someone answered me over on Discord. So I just need to start posting here and on Discord and apparently it sends out the Bat Signal. lol

Only two more finals to complete (one of which I can do quickly when I get the chance to sit down and knock it out.). And I will have 2 weeks on the other before draft deadline. So I am content. The finish line is so close now!!
