Agreed, there are some interesting programs! Too bad my employer (the US govt) would not look too kindly upon it.

You could, ah, report back on situations in Russia. You could, ah, network…

Hmm, you can get some international education experience and see how the educational system works in Russia without stepping foot in the country!

At the start of the war, many nations implemented sanctions against Russia.
Are these still in place? And would they prohibit a student from enrolling and paying tuition?
Something to think about!

Not even sure how you would pay them - sounds like a bad idea at best.

Except the little "distance learning" mentioned on one of the posters, is there any other sign that suggests that the programs are online?

Unless you live in Russia, or are Russian citizen, these would all be known to be 'online', it just doesn't need to be indicated that way as there are many institutions now that are butt-in-seat, but many of those offer programs online or at least a hybrid model in addition to their butt-in-seat options.

My question was not whether "distance learning" is or should be labeled as "online". I'm asking whether there is any accessible information on what exactly this "distance learning" that they offer is.

SUSU has replied that the program is accepting applications only from individuals living in Russia.
