Disseration Defense is happening next month! This is it guys I am so excited. In high school, I always thought I be lucky to finish a bachelor's degree but finishing my doctorate would be a huge surprise to my younger self. Almost there!

Tell me, what is the step from class 9 to dissertation. What takes place from the South College side exactly?

What are you refering to? You just move from class 9 to class 10 (dissertation) nothing crazy

After completing Class 9 and getting your dissertation proposal approved in Class 10, you conduct your research, write, and revise your dissertation. Once your dissertation is complete, you defend it before a committee, make any final revisions, and then submit it for approval and publication. So basically you need to be ready by the end of class 9 before you get to class 10.

8/7/24 - completed all the assignments and video presentation for DBA 6635 Organizational Behavior and Dynamics on 8/5 and 8/6, just received professors positive reviews. Completed the course survey.

Awaiting the fourth course loading in Canvas, DBA 6645 Strategic Analysis, Implementation, and Innovation

8/16/24 - submitted the final summative and the final PowerPoint. Completed the end of course survey.

Next course on the track is: DBA 6655 Effective Communication Strategies and Practices Across Cultures

9/1/24 - submitted the last 4 submittals for deliverable 3 just now.

DBA 7100 Building Organizational Capacity to load in canvas. Not sure if it's due to the fall enrollment wave but I feel that South has been slow on the response the last two to three weeks. The first few courses would load immediately after the previous course was complete. If it isn't a "capacity" issue for South (ironic since that is the name of the course I should be enrolled in), I wonder if it's an intentional delay to force me to slow down. I don't know, but it's annoying.

I had the same issue once or twice with course loading in. I think Canvas does the course loading in batches. They don't say it but that was what I was told by the support when I reach out. Just be patient it come to you soon

I had the same issue once or twice with course loading in. I think Canvas does the course loading in batches. They don't say it but that was what I was told by the support when I reach out. Just be patient it come to you soon

Reached out to the newly reshuffled advisor and it came thru shortly after.

Sorry for the delay but I forgot to mention I did defend my dissertation this month and I finished! I have to give a big shoutout to this forum for introducing me to South College. It was a wild ride but I finally finished my grandfather's dream of earning a doctorate.
