Sophia final milestone ID verification

I've been on Sophia for a 1 week and today all the final milestones are requesting for photo id. They told me it's most likely because of too many IP changes (work, home, cafe, etc.) in a short span of time. Fyi - I had their support team reset my keyboard authentication yesterday due to too many failed attempts (weird). This is probably what trigged this.

The typing verification is pretty accurate. If you change keyboards, that could throw the system off if you type differently from keyboard to keyboard which some people do such as going from a laptop keyboard to a desktop keyboard.

Ah that makes sense as I tend to do the milestones at work on a Windows laptop with an external keyboard and at home/study area on my personal Macbook laptop.
