Sophia/Credly have now fixed the ACE endorsement course number on my badge. TESU hasn't changed the rejection reason on my eval, but I think they're still working on it.

We received a transcript from Credly. The Sophia Learning courses you completed, Introduction to Web Development and IT Career Exploration are not accepted in transfer by TESU.
The Portfolio Assessment (PA) method of earning credit and/or the Thomas Edison State University Testing Program (TECEP) could be considered for the knowledge gained through the completion of this course. Please visit the University website to learn more about these processes. You may also obtain information about the PA and TECEP programs in the Undergraduate Registration Bulletin.

If you have fully enrolled at TESU, yes. If you're not fully enrolled, you are limited to 2 evaluations. But we also recommend that you only send one transcript a month so as not to bog down the system even more.
