I was under the impression that SDC's Biology with Lab + a Sophia science course was the fastest option. I'm glad they added labs on Sophia.

It depends. Some people can't stand biology but can do chemistry. Others are the reverse. Personally, I would guess that Environmental Science + Human Biology w/ lab will be the easiest option for most people.

Totally depends on what your preferences are - I personally would think Chem was a more interesting course, but not everyone feels that way.
