Some help Joining ACE
#1
OK people here goes.

I am studying for my degree through EC.
I am a foreign student and live in Australia.
I have been able to complete a couple of Straighterline, some cleps/dsst down here in Australia.

I am currently studying ALEKS but am having trouble trying to register with ACE. Since they require a SSN that I don't have.

I have been trying to contact them but to no avail.

I wondered if anybody had any ideas.

Much appreciated

Yes I tried emailing them several times over the past week or so but I'm not sure if they actually read emails...as I haven't had a reply

Have you asked Straighterline to send your completed Straighterline course information to ACE yet ?

If they have then you may already have an ACE account set up.

Maybe Straighterline can reach out to ACE for you. I know they do not register their ACE course online, so they must be in contact with ACE on a fairly regular basis. Perhaps they could find out the answer for you.

Or since you are having trouble getting the Aleks registered, maybe an Aleks rep can help you get in touch with ACE.

Hi Tasman, how did you end up getting an account with ACE?
