Humanities CLEP/ Spanish CLEP

Hi all,

First off I would like to apologize if this is in the wrong section as this is my first time posting here. Now, my question is for those that have taken the Humanities or Spanish Level 2 CLEP:

• Are these exams "easy" or "hard"
  
• How much studying is required for someone who knows no Spanish, except for the basics and knows very little about the Humanities
  
• What study guides are good to be prepare for these exams?
  
• How long will it take to be prepared for these exams?
  

I know this is a lot but I just want to see what I am getting myself into, thanks!

Spanish "Level 2" is actually the Spanish CLEP. Whether you get "Level I" or "Level 2" is based on your score. Level I is usually if you score 50-58 (usually worth 6 credit hours) and Level II is if you score 59+ (usually worth 9 credit hours). This could be different depending on your school. To clarify, it's 1 test, and score based, not 2 separate tests.

Okay, that makes sense. For my school, they require a 50 for "level 1" and 63 for "level 2" but here "level 2" is worth 12 credits so...yeah. Have you taken either, if so how do I prepare for them and is the Spanish CLEP based on Latin or Spain?

I'm not sure what dialect it's based on. Maybe give the course at Modern States a whirl? https://courses.modernstates.org I've also not taken Humanities, but Modern States has a class for that as well.
