Hello, I'm a Criminal Justice major at Excelsior and I need 12 upper level credits in Arts and sciences credits to complete my degree. I already have Civil War and Reconstruction so I can't use that. I would prefer to use DSST exams. Which exams can I take that will count as arts and sciences?

Arts & Sciences means Humanities, Social Science, History, Natural Science and Math.
DSST exams in Arts & Sciences - 3 UL each
Civil War
Soviet Union
Money & Banking
Business Ethics & Society
Criminal Justice
Ethics in America
World Religion
1 ALEKS Stats – 3 UL - if wanted instead of 1 DSST from above
1 Capstone course at EC – 3 UL - required, double-check that it will be Arts & Science and not Applied Professional (I think CJ is AP.)

That's true about the DSST. Overall, CJ is strange because sometimes it is considered Social Science and other times it is considered Applied Professional.
I believe I was told by an advisor that the CJ capstone is Applied Professional. Double-check on that, if you need it.
