You won't know until it's time to graduate. If you don't graduate before the $1800 price expires, then you're out of luck and it will most likely be a 10% discount off the current price, which may change by the time you are ready.

I plan to graduate by the end of this year...do you think that'll be safe enough?
Basically once August is over I plan to go into full-time study mode, and with only Study.com/Straighterline courses left after that, I think I could knock it out fairly quickly if it was all I was doing.

The Study.com residency waiver fee discount expires in 2018, but I can't remember the date - if you graduate before then, you're fine.

Ok, well even if I didn't need extra motivation to finish before then, I've got it now. I'm extremely cheap so I'll do anything to save a buck. :p Even if I can't get it it, it's still SO MUCH cheaper than finishing up at Liberty, so I'm fine with that...
