I tried to sign up for a month of InstantCert for our first time this morning. When I entered our credit card info and clicked submit, the next page said something about "Session Time Out". No confirmation at all. So I thought I must have taken too long and tried again...twice. All 3 times, I got this message. So...I'm wondering if I paid 3 times or if something is just wrong with their site?? I don't even see where to sign in to access tests, so I am guessing I have not signed up although i did pick a username and password in the sign-up process. Any idea what is going on?
Thanks,
Monica

Also, try logging on through the IC homepage (lower-right). Maybe one of your tries to sign-up worked. You probably should have received a confirmation e-mail, though.

I did try that when I finally saw the login, but it doesn't recognize me. It still won't let me get past the page where I enter my credit card. It doesn't appear to even try, but immediately goes to a "Session Timedout" message. Weird. I have sent an email and I called their credit card company who said they have not received my credit card info. HOpefully it will get resolved soon.
Thanks for your help.

I decided to go try from a different computer and it worked. I have no idea why it wouldn't work from my computer, but I'm good now. :hurray:
