I took both Sales Management as well as Fin Inst & Markets TECEPs late last year.
For Fin Inst & Markets, Kelsey's advice was very helpful for me. I would also suggest studying Mishkin, Frederic S. and Stanley G. Eakins. Financial Markets & Institutions over the Madura one. I found a free download online of one of the previous versions of the book...Just make sure it is post financial crisis. Study the items Kelsey referenced and focus your studies on the Financial Markets and Financial Institutions sections of the book (70% of the exam) and you should do fine. You don't have the memorize the whole thing, just read over and make sure you understand the concepts.
For Sales Management you can get a text book a few versions back as the concepts haven't changed much. For this one, I would definitely match your studying with the test description topics as this the exam is pretty evenly distributed. Learn the information on the visuals and you should do fine.
Best of luck!
