I'm a little annoyed in general at how slow to respond Saylor has been to ongoing issues.
I saw Geography was renewed for credit and I decided to take the credit final only to run into a 504 Bad Gateway error during the test. Proctor support told me to refresh...which closed out my test. Of course now I've lost an attempt, $5, and will have the waiting period.
Lots of issues with Saylor in general, like missing photos and broken links in courses. It's pretty disappointing.

Sorry to hear that. It is really a bad situation. Keep going and don't let this bring you down.

All learning systems have issues, you're paying for the exam, they're providing course material that 'should' have all the info you need. I did a few of their courses when they were $25 and using ProctorU, didn't really like it, but for the price you really can't get that for some courses they offered. Now, it's $5, the proctor is much better I believe (haven't tried them yet), I may try them for the heck of it, and learning gaps I may have in a subject matter.

This experience is unfortunately par for the course with Saylor. They've put in the work and money to create a large library of ACE reviewed courses, yet they often fail to deliver when you depend on them. There's a lot of wasted potential and promise.
Emailing Saylor is generally an exercise in futility; their emails seem to be routed to a black hole. I've had (barely) better luck posting on the help & support or credit sections of their
online forum.

Having only lost $5, I'd probably just try again, figuring if they ever do manage to refund my money, it's a bonus.
