While trying to prep for a few classes I noticed a slight change in Saylors website.
Earn College Credit | Saylor Academy
So.... it looks like all of Saylors classes are NCCRS recommended.
Unfortunately, it is not reflected on here.

Has anyone heard of any news on this?

That's exactly how it looks on my side as well, but there's only 6 courses that are NCCRS. The rest is ACE.

It's a glitch. The list on the NCCRS site is correct.
