Saturday Testing - Yeah
#1
Finally found a center in my area that just started Saturday Dantes testing. I have been unable to take tests because of my work schedule. I am very excited to register for my 1st Dantes.

Any suggestions on a 1st dantes exam?

Well, which Dantes were you planning on taking for your degree plan? Do you want an easy "anyone can pass this one" exam, or is there some field where you're particularly strong, or do you want a challenge?

Just don't save your very toughest exams for last. Put off a couple easy ones so you can glide confidently through the last few credits. Trust me on this, I saved the most difficult for last and was too exhausted to enjoy the achievement!

BSLS Excelsior College, conferred 9-09
started MS in Instructional Design program, Spring 2010

April 4 2009 through July 6 2009: 1 GRE subject exam + 1 Penn Foster credit + 11 DANTES exams = 61 credits. Average per-credit cost = $23.44.

I would say that if you want to grab a quick, easy A, then do Intro to Business while you can still request to do the older version. Come August 31st, you won't be able to use that version and subsequently will not have a grade. That one is on my list for next month.

You could knock out Substance Abuse with a good solid night of study beforehand, or at least I did.

You might be surprised how little you know about drugs. One of the practice questions asked me to pick the drug with the highest current street price.

Thanks for responding everyone. Well I have already taken the Intro to Business class, does anyone know what the equivalent is at EC?

I dont want to take any psych classes as i am registered for the gre. i am doing the bs in liberal studies at excelsior. I dont think substance abuse would overlap but i definitely want to check first. how are the upper level business dantes exams?

I'm with Judy on Here's To Your Health. Personal Finance is also pretty painless.
