Hmm, it's been a while since I last read any new messages from Sanantone.
I kind of missing reading some graduate related postings that are informative
I think Sanantone's busy with other stuff but I do miss reading posts of theirs.
Weird, it's been a few months, I hope everyone including Sanantone is safe.
On a different note, Steve Levicoff from DI also "retired" from the board.
I kinda miss the "enlightening" discussions these two bring to the table...
Sanantone, if you're reading this, hope you're healthy/safe, and do come back.
I'll be lurking and hope to read those informative posts you have!

Sanantone last visited this forum back in December of last year -- after that argument with Cookderosa over the college planning course that she and dfrecore put together. From what I recall, there were objections raised to the idea that the information provided for free on this forum was being used for profit. I assume that objection is at least part of the reason why Sanantone has not returned to the forum. Given it has been nearly 6 months, I do not expect a return any time soon unless someone manages to reach out and convince them to return.

I remember she got a new job with the Federal IRS in Texas. I was thinking her new career has her busy?

I seem to recall she got a job with the IRS as either a Revenue Agent or Revenue Officer. If that's the case, she may have had no choice but to curtail her online activities.
Either way, her contributions to the online education community live on. Her accounting degree plan was the start of my own investigation into the possibility of sitting for the CPA exam eventually.

I know I haven’t been around a lot either, but it’s a shame she’s not here to help people out anymore. She’s been a huge help to me on my long, circuitous journey. I’m grateful for that and I hope she’s doing well.
As far as why she left, I completely and wholeheartedly support her. I’d have been super mad too if I put in as much time as she has on this forum. It’s a shame that doesn’t seem to have been properly addressed, but whatever. It’s done now.

Agreed, she was one of the most knowledgeable folks on this forum and put in a ton more effort than most. Her presence here is missed, but understandable.
