Are Buiness Ethics and other Straighterline courses, final proctored exams open book as i read in this forum??

Yes, that's the main reason or one of the few reasons I would recommend StraighterLine, another is the e-textbook is included in the price of the course. Because you can reach 800 of 1000 points on most of courses by doing Graded Exams and Midterm Exam

Yes, you must take the proctored final exam - even though it is possible to have passed (with a 70%) prior to completing it.

Yes, in courses where that is the distribution.

Meaning- not all courses break out exactly the same. In a course that values the final as 300 and the rest of the course as 700, you can get to 700 before taking the exam, thus "passing" before you take the exam - but you still have to TAKE every quiz and exam no matter how many points you have at any point in any of their classes.
