SDC: Pausing Account before Final Grade

Hello,

I have completed all the assignments (got them graded) and took the Final 3 days before my subscription was paused. It has now been two weeks and what I can see when I go to my dashboard is that I can re-activate my account or cancel it. I do not see any option to send my transcripts (I have this option in my another paused account but there, my finals were graded before my subscription was paused).

Will the option to send the transcript show up when my exam gets graded? I am a bit concerned that I will have to renew my subscription to be able to send my transcript.

Don't your grades for ACE courses automatically transfer to Credly, the transcriptor, when you pass a course?  If you never registered for Credly using the same name and email as used at Study.com perhaps you should have.

I got it sorted. They just emailed me that I passed the course and there was a link to request the transcript. Hopefully, it all works out.

It was Computer Science 306: Computer Architecture and I am glad to be finished with it lol

Actually, I found both Assignments very interesting and I really enjoyed them.

I agree they are challenging but it is an Upper Level course so it is expected. I had to do some extra research, do quite a bit of trial and error but at the end of the day I was very proud of my final product. I got 50/50 on both assignments. Again, assignment 1 is challenging but logisim is very logical and with little effort it is perfectly doable.

Did you have to contact them to get the grade or were they just a bit delayed in sending it to you? I ask because I just passed my account but have a couple exams and a paper that have not yet been graded; I just assumed that would automatically happen at some point and then I would get the notification. If I need to contact them that would be good to know. Thanks!

It just took a while. After they verify my final they sent me an email with instructions on how to get the transcript. I emailed support and asked them whether I will have to re-pause my exam to get my score, they said no and the next day an email came that I passed the course. I reckon my email to the support rushed things up a bit (although, I did wait for 2 weeks or so overall).
