Unfortunately no, not as far as I am aware. This "hack" applies only to TESU. EC and COSC still expect something like Public Speaking.
COSC requires public speaking, and that particular course won't work.
EC does NOT require public speaking.

If you have a Sophia.org subscription, complete the course there. Otherwise, if you're going to take courses at Study.com, they've got a different course available or transfer into COSC and Excelsior. For COSC, Comm 101-Public Speaking: https://study.com/college/school/charter...llege.html For Excelsior, Comm 101, 102 and 120 all come in as a Humanities course, but doesn't show if it hits the requirement. You should email the school to find out. https://study.com/college/school/excelsior-college.html

Like I said, EC doesn't have a Public Speaking requirement.

Sophia's the best option anyways if you are paying a monthly membership as you can just take your time to finish that English 1 and another course, if English 1 drags on, you can finish the other course and take more during your membership... rinse and repeat for English 2 as well if needed. Just use your two courses wisely, 1 with assignments/writings and 1 without, so you can at least speed through one of them...

Sophia English is... eh. The price is good, sure, but if you've got other options then I would take those instead of doing Sophia.

Did TESU change the equivalency of "Communication 120: Presentation Skills in the Workspace" for Oral communication?
On their SDC credit transfer page it lists "Communications 101: Public Speaking" as the equivalent.
I'm confused, can I still take COM-120 for oral communication at TESU?
TIA

They prefer if you take Public Speaking. Presentation Skills should still work, though.
